Once access has been granted, refunds are generally not available.


3. Trial Offer (£1.99 for 7 Days)

If you purchase a trial offer:

  • You receive immediate full access to all features
  • The trial fee is non-refundable once access has been used or activated
  • You may cancel anytime before renewal to avoid further charges

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

You may cancel at any time, but:

  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
  • Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle

5. Credits

Credits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Have no cash value
